Boil water with an onion cut into wedges.

Add the hake for about 3 minutes Add the shrimp for about 3 minutes

Dip a slice of bread (or bread crumbs) in milk and add it. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and mix everything carefully.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees up and down. We put the mixture in a mold (covered with butter) and put it in the oven in a bain-marie for 45-50 minutes (Bain-marie is the mold inside another mold with water, the water reaching the middle of the mold with our mixture).

Remove from the oven, let it cool (it can be eaten cold) and serve with white asparagus!
