✳️ INGREDIENTS ✳️. *for gnocchi: - 2 medium potatoes. - Salt and pepper to taste. - A dash of EVOO. - 50gr gluten-free oat flour. *for the bolognese: - Garlic, fresh onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrot, zucchini.... Everything to taste. - 30gr of texturized soy. - Homemade tomato sauce. - Oregano. - Brewer's yeast for sprinkling.

✳️ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳️ For the gnocchi, we peel the potatoes, cut and cook. Meanwhile, we chop the vegetables for the bolognese and in a frying pan with oil we cook, hydrate the texturized soy, when it is ready we drain and add it to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce and let everything cook together. When the potatoes are ready, drain and add to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add a dash of oil, mash and add the oat flour. Once everything is mixed we form gnocchi, with the help of a fork you can mark the stripes but it is not necessary. When we have all the gnocchi ready, we bring water to boil and add the gnocchi, when they float we take them out, in 1 min they will be ready. Mix with the bolognese, a little oregano and brewer's yeast and ready!
