Mix the flour with the salt and make a hole in the middle. Heat the water in a glass 30sec-1min in the micro and pour it over the flour little by little while kneading. Form a ball and let it rest 30 mins covered with cling film.

Form small balls of the same size (about six).

With the palm of your hand we crush our ball until it is very thin, without breaking. If it sticks a little, put flour on the table and in your hand.

Cook it in a frying pan or griddle, until it is crispy on both sides. No oil or anything else.

You just need to choose the ingredient you want to fill them with. The ones I like the most are the ones with bacon and idiazabal cheese.
