Cook the potato or steam it peeled with a little water and oil, when it is almost done add 3 cherry tomatoes.

The sea bream is grilled or baked in the oven with a little oil and spices. First we mark it on top and then we let the skin to crisp, add to the pan a couple of thick slices of potato and the three tomatoes and a pinch of salt.
