Prepare the bread dough and let it rest for 5 or 6 hours at room temperature and then let it rest in the refrigerator to ferment well. The next day make balls of dough and knead them into a pizza shape with a rolling pin or with your hands.

Chop the tomatoes. Chop the garlic finely and put it in the pan with a good splash of olive oil and when it browns, add the tomato and add two handfuls of salt. Leave it over medium heat until the tomato is completely cooked.

When the dough is rested and the tomato is cooked, we will prepare to assemble our pizza. We will extend again our homemade pizza bread base and put tomato sauce to taste, then add the ham and the grated mozzarella cheese. I also added a little oregano and dried basil and it was great.
