Meanwhile, put the hake fillets in another pan, season to taste and grill them.

Once the vegetables are a little softer, add the mushrooms, as they do not need to be on the fire for long, but they can be added to the pan with the rest of the vegetables from the beginning.

Once the hake is ready, we put it aside on a plate and when the vegetables are poached, we serve it together with the hake. As the vegetables expel water in the pan, I have poured a little of this sauce over the dish and the truth is that it gives a delicious touch😋 I hope you like it!
