We cook the millet according to the instructions. But a trick to prevent it from sticking is to toast it before.

Sauté the garlic and onion in a frying pan and then add the mushrooms. Leave for a few minutes, add the millet, stir a few times, add the chickpeas and spices, and mix everything.

We grind it all a little, I with thermomix, just a few seconds, and we give it the shape of croquettes. We prepare three bowls: one with 1 tablespoon of chickpea and 2 tablespoons of water, another with chickpea flour alone, and another with the breadcrumbs.
