Preparación de la receta

Hydrate the texturized soybeans in a bowl for about 20 minutes and then drain to remove the water.

Grind the texturized soybean until it resembles minced meat.

Add the zucchini, cheese, eggs, salt, teaspoon of oil and spices (to taste) and mash together until a dough is formed.

Remove it from the container and place it in the drainer, remove the excess liquid.
