Chop the vegetables and put them in the pan with EVOO.

We put in a saucepan the same quantity of water that of couscous and we put it to boil. When it is boiling, add the couscous, cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat. We leave it 5 minutes

When the vegetables are almost ready, add the pineapple and nuts.

Pour the couscous already made in the pan and mix it all. Add salt or the spices that we want. And it is ready to serve!
