We crush the hazelnuts. If we do not want to have small pieces, we do it with the grinder. I have done it with the mortar, to leave some bigger pieces. We pass it to a small bowl.

Now we crush the chocolate a little with the mortar. It is not necessary to crush it a lot, just a little bit to melt it later. Put it with the hazelnuts.

Heat the milk in the microwave for about 1 minute. Then add the salt and vanilla essence. Mix.

Add the milk to the bowl and stir well with a whisk or fork until the chocolate is completely melted.

Put it in a jar, cover tightly and leave it in the refrigerator to cool for at least 4-5 hours. Note: the hot result is somewhat liquid, but it will thicken as it cools. We can add more or less oat drink depending on the texture we want to achieve. My opinion regarding the amount of milk: with 160ml the texture is perfect the next day. If I made this recipe to eat it in 4 or 5 hours I would use less milk, about 145ml.
