Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan and place it as a base for the sirloin in a large ovenproof dish.

Put the oven at 120* maximum and put the raisins and the seasoned sirloin in the pan.

It is watered with a glass of red wine from Ribera del Duero and put in the oven for 180 minutes, turning it around.
