Preparación de la receta
1
✨INGREDIENTS: For the dough: 🔸200gr whole wheat flour. 🔸50ml water 🔸50ml oil 🔸1/2 teaspoon salt For the filling: 🔸200gr plain Greek yogurt @oikos.es 🔸100gr feta 🔸2 eggs 🔸10 or 12 cherry tomatoes 🔸1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
2
Put all the flour with the salt in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and add the oil and water. Mix everything until it is well integrated and you form a ball of dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3
Heat the oven to 180° while you stretch the dough on the counter with a rolling pin until it is the size you need. Place the dough in the mold, prick it with a fork so that it does not rise and bake for 15 minutes until you see it hardens and begins to brown.
4
In the meantime we prepare the filling. As simple as beating the Greek yogurt with the eggs, onion powder and crumbled feta cheese. Pour the mixture into the mold, spread the cherries on top and bake again for about 30 minutes until it sets and the surface is golden brown and that's it!
5
✅ NOTES: 🔸You can do the toothpick test to confirm it is well done. 🔸The onion powder can be substituted with garlic powder. 🔸 I also put a few bits of chives before baking, but this is optional.
