Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cook in a saucepan (or deep skillet) with oil over medium heat with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Chop the carrot and mushrooms. Add them to the cooking.

After about 5 minutes add the tomato and paprika. Stir to integrate and cook for a few minutes.

Chop the zucchini and add it to the noodles. Increase the heat to high and mix for about 1 min. Add the broth.

When boiling, reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 12-15 minutes.
