To make the yogurt we take 1 L of semi-skimmed milk + 1 natural yogurt that you like, mix it and put it in the yogurt maker (about 7 yogurts of about 145 g) and leave it in the yogurt maker for 12 hours. Mine is from lidl and it goes super well.

Then add the chia and oatmeal and stir to soak everything, add the coconut, chocolate, banana, almonds and finally if you want the cinnamon powder.
