First, soak the dates in hot water and make the date paste (divide it into 3 parts, about 50gr for each layer).

For the dark chocolate layer: - Chocolate 85% (100gr) - Date paste (50gr) - Cream (200ml) - Milk (50ml) - Oat drink (100ml) - 4 gelatin sheets 1️⃣ Put the 4 gelatine leaves to hydrate. 2️⃣ Melt chocolate over low heat (be careful not to let it stick) together with the cream and the oat drink. Also add the date paste. 3️⃣ Heat the milk a little in the microwave to dissolve the gelatine in it and add it to the saucepan. 4️⃣ Mix everything well and add to the mold. 5️⃣ Place in the refrigerator until solid.

For the milk chocolate layer: - Chocolate 85% (50gr) - Date paste (50gr) - Cream (200ml) - Milk (150ml) - Oat drink (50ml) - 4 sheets of gelatin 1️⃣ Put the 4 gelatine leaves to hydrate. 2️⃣ Melt chocolate over low heat (be careful not to let it stick) together with the cream, the oat drink and half of the milk. Add also the date paste. 3️⃣ Heat the remaining milk a little in the microwave to dissolve the gelatine in it and add it to the saucepan. Mix well. 4️⃣ Make some shallow cuts in the dark chocolate layer (so that they stick well) and add the milk chocolate layer to the mold. 6️⃣ Chill in the refrigerator until it solidifies to add the last layer.

For the "white chocolate" layer : - Cream (200ml) - Milk (200ml) - Date paste (50gr) - Oat drink (50ml) - 4 sheets of gelatine 1️⃣ Put the 4 gelatine leaves to hydrate. 2️⃣ In a saucepan, heat the cream, the milk (only half) and the oat drink. Also add the date paste. 3️⃣ Heat the other half of the milk in the microwave a little and dissolve the gelatine in it. 4️⃣ Add the previous mixture to the saucepan and mix well. 5️⃣ Make shallow slits in the milk chocolate layer (when it has solidified) and add this last layer. ▶️ When adding it, strain it to make it thinner. 6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, best if made overnight.
