Surprise porridge with kiwi, orange and almonds

Put the oat drink (or the one you prefer) in a saucepan with the oat flakes and cinnamon, over low heat, until it thickens.

In the meantime, we prepare the "surprise" of the porridge: as simple as smashing a ripe banana with a fork and placing it at the bottom of the bowl. It adds a delicious touch 😉.

Pour the porridge into the bowl and decorate with toppings: green and orange kiwi, a handful of unsalted toasted almonds and extra cinnamon.
