Preparación de la receta

Preheat the oven to 180°, those who have a waffle iron skip this step.

Take a banana that is a little ripe, peel it and mash it with a fork.

Add an egg and mix well with the banana.

Add the oat flour and continue mixing until well integrated.

Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla essence and cinnamon to taste.

Add a few blueberries and mix well.

Pour the mixture into our waffle mold and when the oven is hot we put them in for 12-15min.

After this time, remove them from the molds taking care not to burn ourselves and put them back in the oven on the rack, for 5-8 minutes more, a little to the taste of roasting of each one.

Remove and serve, you can let them cool a little on a wire rack before eating.

Tip: When you serve them, add whipped cream cheese or creamy yogurt and more blueberries or bananas 😋
