Preparación de la receta
1
Preheat the oven to 180º and add a few ounces of 85% chocolate to the freezer, while mixing the ingredients: Yogurt, EVOO, ground oats, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla flavoring, baking powder and ground almonds (I used whole almonds and crushed them quite a bit for a crunchy touch).

2
Remove the stone from the dates and crush them with a little water (it is like a jam) and add it to the mixture, taste and we can add more crushed dates to taste depending on whether we prefer it more or less sweet. If we want less calories instead of dates, we can add some sweetener to taste.
3
We prepare the mold where we will place the muffins or cupcakes, putting baking paper or butter on the walls so that it does not stick, and we add our mixture in it. We take the 85% chocolate from the freezer and in the center of our future muffins we insert half an ounce of chocolate (so that it is melted at the end).
4
Optional, before putting it in the oven we can add a little bit of brown sugar or 85% chocolate on top.
5
We put it in the oven and we will know it is ready when we insert the tip of a knife and it comes out clean (no dough stuck to it).
6
Enjoy! I had enough to make 15 muffins!
