Tofu, spinach and mushroom burger

Cook the frozen spinach.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and sauté in the pan with a few drops of oil (I also added chopped garlic). When they are almost done, add the cooked spinach and sauté everything together.

Crumble the tofu block with your hands (after having removed the excess water with a cloth) and mix in the soy sauce. Then add the spinach and mushrooms and mix again.

Finally, add the egg and ground oats to compact and knead with your hands.

Shape the burgers and grill for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
