Dredge the morsels first in flour (it can be any other flour, it doesn't have to be chickpeas). Then in the egg seasoned with pepper and salt. And finally in the breadcrumbs (I used buckwheat breadcrumbs), grated Parmesan and chopped walnuts. Put on baking paper (I did not have and I used the aluminum with oil) pour a teaspoon of oil and cook at 180 degrees with heat up and down and ventilated until they become super crispy.
