Mash the 2 bananas

Add the oatmeal to the bananas (medium size), and mix.

Then add the yogurt (a tub of yogurt), and once well mixed, add an egg.

Optional step: Add a little cinnamon

The measure of the cookie, is a spoonful of the cookie mixture, and with two spoons we shape it. The thickness of the cookie will make them more tender or crunchier. With the thickness of the photo, they will have a softer texture. But if we want them hard, we use the same measure and crush them to make them thinner (example in the photo of a day I made them thinner).

Having preheated the oven to 180°, while we make the cookie dough, we put them in the oven for about 17 minutes.
