In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a uniform dough is obtained.

Grease a microwave-safe mold or glass tupperware dish with oil, pour the mixture and cook in the microwave at medium-high power (800 W) for about 2.5 - 3 minutes. Remove the bread from the mold on a rack and let it cool.

Slice the bread and brown in a frying pan, no need to add fat. Top with tuna, cracked hard-boiled egg and bell pepper strips. You can put any other salty 🥑🍅🧀🍳 or sweet 🍏🍌🍓🍑 ingredient and that's it 😉.
