For the totopos, add the corn flour, a pinch of salt, water and oil in a bowl and mix by hand until a uniform dough is formed.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.

In the meantime we start preparing the guacamole. Mix the avocado with the chopped tomato and onion, then add a little lime juice, the chopped coriander leaves and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200C.

With a pizza cutter make the triangular shape of the tortilla chips.

Bake at 200° for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
