Preparación de la receta

The ingredients are for about 6-8 units more or less. Preheat the oven to 180°C

First prepare the applesauce if we do not have it already prepared. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces, put them in a bowl and microwave at max. power for about 10 minutes. Check that it is cooked by crushing it with a fork. If so we can crush with a turmix or with the same fork.

Put the wet ingredients, eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil in a bowl (if you don't like it or can drink it, you can use EVOO).

Then we will add the oat flour with the yeast previously mixed and sifted (if it can be much better) and we will also add the salt and the cinnamon. Mix everything well so that the dough is homogeneous.

We will put the dough in the donut molds previously a little greased. Put them in the oven which will be previously heated at 180°C for about 15-20mim depending on the oven before taking them out, prick them with a toothpick that comes out clean and they will be ready. Allow to cool completely

Baking the donuts is an optional step: Melt chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, and dip the donuts in half and decorate with a little bit of chopped almonds,crocanti or white chocolate whatever you want. Put in the fridge to harden a little and enjoy because they are delicious 🤤👌.
