MACARONI WITH VEGETABLES AND TUNA

First we cook the macaroni in water for 10/12 minutes, adding a little salt when it boils. After this time, drain them and put them in a large bowl.

Then in a frying pan we add four spoonfuls of EVOO, we put the fire to enough power (I put it to 7,5/9), and we add almost a whole spring onion cut in small segments. Then cut half an Italian bell pepper, medium red greenish color and also half a normal green bell pepper, and add it to the frying pan. Stir well, lower the temperature (4/9) and wait a few minutes while we continue stirring.

Cut a vine tomato into small pieces and then add it to the vegetable mixture. Stir well. And when we see that the vegetables are overcooked (depending on the taste of each one), we turn off the heat and pour the vegetable mixture into the bowl of macaroni.

Open a can of tuna, drain the excess EVOO and add it to the bowl. Finally, add some oregano to the bowl. Finally we mix everything well, and now we can eat our macaroni with tuna and vegetables!
