Prepare the ingredients, wash the parsley leaves and the tomato.

Cut the avocado and put it on a plate and mash it with a fork until it is a homogeneous paste.

Next, cut the red onion and diced tomato into strips.

Mix the avocado with tomato and onion and add half a lemon and salt to taste (depending on taste it can be more or less).

Let it rest for a couple of minutes and finally add the parsley, mix it all and READY !
