Russian salad and homemade mayonnaise

For the Russian salad: We put a bowl in the microwave with some frozen vegetables (those packages that have peas, beans, corn and carrots) and defrost it.

Boil some potatoes, cut them and add them to the vegetables.

Wash the olives and add them as well (we can add tuna but I forgot to do it)

For the mayonnaise: Crack an egg into the blender container and add salt, juice of half a lemon and 100ml (more or less) of olive oil.

Beat without lifting the mixer from the bottom and once everything is more or less integrated, continue beating with gentle movements so as not to cut it.

We test and rectify what we need.
