Peel the pumpkin, onion and carrots and cut it to put in a pot. Wash the celery. Put the ingredients in a pot with water to boil all. Boil for 25 minutes.

Once everything is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes and beat it with a blender. Add salt, turmeric and pepper to taste. Serve in a plate or vol and put the seeds on top if you want to complete it.
