Mix an egg, two ripe bananas, two tablespoons of cocoa, half a glass of vegetable drink, a tablespoon of whole wheat flour and a tablespoon of oatmeal all together. It has to be liquid. You can add sweetener to taste.

We put it in a pan with oil, suitable for oven (already heated to 180°).

Top with ounces of dark chocolate or nuts, or whatever you like. And leave it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°.
