We put a pot or a saucepan with water, salt and AOVE and we put to boil. Add the rice and check until it is ready. Clean the chickpeas (they are canned, so they are already cooked) and put them in a dish. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and onion and cut them into small pieces. We add them to the plate together with the chickpeas and we introduce the rice and the feta cheese. Add EVOO, vinegar, salt and oregano to taste.
