Put the dates without seeds in half a glass of water for 15 minutes. Then beat the dates with a little water to obtain a kind of brown puree.

Mix the dates with the milk, oil, vanilla extract and the 2 bananas and beat.

Add the flours and cinnamon to the mixture and whisk together.

Place in a low baking pan with baking paper for easier unmolding.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees with fire only from below.
