Put the oil in the pan and heat

Add the hake slices and the handful of peas. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn the hake over and cook for another 3 minutes. Add more hot fish stock if necessary. Salt to taste

Add the clams and wait for them to open. Remove from the fire .
