Cut the potatoes into medium-sized squares and boil for 1 to 15 minutes.

Cut the chorizo into small pieces and put them in a frying pan without oil and cook for approximately 5 min.

Dice the onion and chop the garlic to your taste.

Once the chorizo has finished cooking, take it out and put the previously chopped chorizo and garlic in the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add paprika if you want, mix and add the chorizo.

Add the eggs on top and cook over low heat, with the pan covered.
