Wash the zucchini and cut into strips. Beat the eggs. In a separate dish mix the ground almonds with the cheese, garlic powder, pepper, oregano and a pinch of salt.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Dip the zucchini strips in the egg and then coat them in the mixture of ground almonds, spices and cheese.

Place the zucchini strips on a baking sheet with baking paper greased with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and a little oil. Bake them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, turn them over and bake them for 10 more minutes.

For the sauce: Beat the yogurt together with the parsley, the onion powder, some garlic powder and pepper, a pinch of salt and the squeezed lemon juice. It is advisable to keep it in the refrigerator for a while to give it a little more texture.
