Cook the pasta according to package directions. Also cook the egg and set aside.

Wash and chop the lettuce and red cabbage. Peel and slice the carrot and cucumber. Arrange everything in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

For the sauce mix the yogurt, squeezed lemon juice, mint, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, pepper and a pinch of salt.

Add the previously drained pasta together with the vegetables, the chopped egg, add the previously drained tuna and the sauce for seasoning.
