A small ripe banana (if not you can replace it with dates). 80gr of oat flour or ground oatmeal. 50gr of assorted nuts. 10gr of EVOO. 150 ml of coffee. 5gr of yeast. 1o 100gr of natural yogurt or fresh whipped cheese. Oven 180 °C _up and down 12-15min. For the filling : Whipped cream cheese with dark chocolate pieces . For the topping . Dark chocolate and coconut oil (I did it by eye).
