Mash a ripe banana with a fork.

Gradually add the oat flakes and mix until it does not stick too much in your hands, as you have to form balls with the mixture.

Add an ounce of chopped chocolate and orange zest to taste. Mix well.

Take portions of the mixture and make small balls. If it sticks too much we can wet our hands with a little water.

Cook 5-7 min at 200° in the airfryer. They can also be baked in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180° (always making sure they don't burn).

You can add any ingredients you want: cinnamon, ground almonds, chopped walnuts, raisins, dates, grated coconut, lemon... And if you don't want to make balls, you can also change the format and make them in the shape of a cookie or a bar, according to your taste.
