Preparación de la receta

Peel and mash the potatoes, onion and garlic, cut into brunoise.

Place everything in a microwave safe container (in my case a bowl) and mix with a teaspoon of oil or two according to taste. Cover the bowl with film and put it in the microwave.

Place at medium power between 10 and 7 minutes, depending on the microwave. After these minutes, if the potatoes are ready, open and let them cool a little.

On the other hand turn on the vitro and put to heat a teaspoon of oil or two very hot at medium power and meanwhile beat three eggs and join them with the remaining ingredients ... mix well and add salt (I do not put it)

When the pan is very hot, add the mixture and put on a very low heat...for 3/5 minutes on each side, depending on how curdled you like it. And it's ready
