Add the dry ingredients to a bowl: flour, yeast and salt.

Add the yogurt and water and mix well. Knead with your hands for a few minutes. If we see that it sticks too much, add a little more flour.

I make it without resting the dough and it is delicious, but if you want you can make a ball, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for a couple of hours.

Divide the dough into four portions.

Knead each portion giving it a flattened and round shape and cook them in a frying pan with a little olive oil for about two minutes on each side, until they are done on the inside.

Crush 3 cloves of garlic in a mortar and pestle and mix well with a drizzle of olive oil. Paint the breads with a little oil with a brush and finish by adding a little parsley on top.
