Cut 450 grams of apple into small pieces that can crush well. And put the apple in the microwave for a couple of minutes at medium power to soften it a bit.

Put the apple in a bowl, add the egg whites, milk, sifted flours, baking powder, a spoonful of vanilla essence, and sweetener if you think it is necessary (although for me it was already very sweet).

When we have the oven heated to 180- with heat up and down, we put our cake, which we will have decorated with the other 50 grams of apple on top. I have used a silicone mold of 18-20 cm approx (previously greased with AOVE!)

Leave in the oven for 45 minutes, and if it is still too runny, leave for another 15 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside to rest, this will prevent it from cracking and starting to set.

The cake will still seem to be liquid, so once it has rested for about 30 minutes in the oven, let it cool outside the oven, and once it is warmer, leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. However, the longer it is in the refrigerator, the better it will be, because it will be more curdled.
