Take the chicken or turkey breast fillets and salt them to taste. It is not necessary to add much salt, since the ham already has it.

Next, make as if it were a sandwich, first put a breast fillet, on top one or two slices of ham, sprinkle with cheese (I use lactose-free) and cover as if it were a sandwich with another breast fillet.

Put some chopsticks to hold it and be able to turn it turn it over in the fryer halfway through cooking. Preheat the fryer and cook on both sides for about 12.5 minutes. In total 25 minutes plus preheating

When ready, remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
