Banana bread zebra cheesecake

I leave here the ingredients so you know what goes where: Banana bread. 300 gr banana. 2 eggs. 30 gr coconut oil. 160 gr oat flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 3 gr vanilla flavoring. Cheesecake. 1 egg. 200 gr light cheese spread. 25 gr oat flour. 30 gr erythritol.

Put all the banana bread ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix until well blended. Set aside.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until well blended.

Grease our mold and put a layer of banana bread and then another of cheesecake alternating until both mixtures are finished.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Total is 1762 Kcal of which 192 gr are carbohydrates, 69 gr prot and 80 gr fats. I have raised it in 8 good portions and it would be 220 Kcal with 22.75 gr of carbohydrates, 8.62 gr of proteins and 19 gr of fats.
