In a bowl mix the milk, the date cream and the baker's yeast. Activate the baker's yeast by putting the mixture in the microwave and adding flour until you can handle the dough.

Let stand with a damp cloth while we make the frosting. We use 30g of butter, two spoons of philadelpia and a spoonful of powdered sugar. Prepare the rolls by rolling out the dough and spreading the butter with cinnamon.

Let rise for one hour until it doubles in size and put in the oven after 18 minutes at 200C.
