First of all, we must soak the lentils for about 24 hours. 200 grams are enough to make 6 hamburgers.

Chop the onion, leek and zucchini and fry them in a frying pan until they are well done. When it is ready, put it in the blender.

Drain the lentils and mix them with the other ingredients to pass them through the blender. The dough should be as homogeneous as possible.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and add oregano, basil and white pepper to taste and let it rest for at least 2 hours. Peel the potatoes and let them soak to expel the starch.

After letting the dough rest, we take small portions and shape them into hamburgers. Then cut the potatoes in the shape you like and place them on a tray with baking paper, add a little oil to brown them and a little salt, put them in the oven at 200° (check them every few minutes so they don't burn).

Heat enough AVOE in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers over medium-high heat.
