-Prepare the date paste: in a little boiling water add the dates without covering them with water and let it stand, when it cools, grind it and it will be ready, it should be thick. -For the base: in a bowl crush the crackers with a mortar, add the coconut oil, grated coconut and about 60 grams of date paste. Cover the base of the mold (I used one of about 20 cm).

- In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients (cream cheese, ricotta, eggs, date paste, grated Parmesan, cinnamon and yogurt) and once you have a homogeneous mass add them to the mold, put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees and it would be ready (cooking in the oven may vary depending on the mold). You can decorate it in different ways, I put blueberries and a blackberry...and it would be ready ☺️
