We use the measure of natural yogurt. Blend the liquids (the yogurt, half a measure of AOVE yogurt, the three eggs and the dates).

On the other hand, we mix the dry ingredients (one measure of oat flour, one measure of ground almonds, one sachet of yeast).

Add the liquid mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.

Preheat the oven at maximum power up and down for 15 minutes. Meanwhile we fill the molds with the mixture (I have used some Lidl molds for Donuts, I have filled them up to the top to cover the hole). While the oven is heating the dough rests.

Lower the oven to 189 degrees and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. When the cake is done, carefully unmold and fill with chocolate. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens.
