Put in a bowl a tablespoon of rice flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and poppy seeds. And mix with a fork.

Add the egg, a few drops of vanilla flavoring and a splash of milk so that the mixture is slightly thickened.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

When the pan is hot, pour in the batter and spread it out.

Cook for one or two minutes until the pancake is golden brown and cooked.
