Pasta with salmon and zucchini

First, chop the vegetables and salmon (my quantities are for one person).

In a frying pan, put a dash of EVOO and fry the vegetables. First add the garlic, then the onion and finally, the zucchini with a little salt 馃. Meanwhile, I cooked the pasta in a casserole dish with a bay leaf.

When the vegetables are ready, lower the heat and add the salmon.

Finally, we incorporate the pasta that we have previously drained.

Serve with a little oregano and grated cheese, although the latter is totally optional.
