INGREDIENTS: for 3 people and leftovers. -Chicken tenderloins, or thickly filleted chicken breast or filleted turkey tenderloin. I have made 900 gr. - Corn flakes. Be careful. Not all are suitable. I bought them at Bon Preu. The amount I put as I need. It is for breading. - 3 tablespoons of flour. I used whole wheat oat flour. - 2 eggs - spices to taste. I used garlic and onion powder. Provencal herbs, pepper and salt. - Half a glass of milk of the one we use at home. I have used skimmed milk without lactose.

Put the eggs, flour, milk and spices and beat until there are no lumps. On the other hand, put the cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush them with your fist to cut them into pieces and break them. The measure is a bit to taste but the smaller the better they will be fixed to the fillets. We pass it to a plate.

We pass the fillets through the mixture and then through the flakes and straight to the baking tray that we have previously prepared with parchment paper. This way with all the fillets. We will leave them at 170 degrees about 15 minutes. Then we turn them over and 5-10 minutes more. And ready!
