Sauté the frozen mushrooms with olive oil, salt and garlic powder until they release all the water.

Transfer the mushrooms to the blender with the vegetable drink, the almonds (or any other dry fruit), the cornstarch, salt and pepper. Blend until you have a fine sauce.

Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in the same pan where we did the mushrooms. Meanwhile cook the pasta.

Add the sauce once the mushrooms are sautéed and cook everything together for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

Mix with the paste and you're done!
